Source-first ownership
Readable source remains the durable truth for windows, reports, dictionaries, classes, mappers, web components, help and project configuration.
Safire is being built for experienced Windows and business-software developers who need forms, data, reports, services, web paths, packaging and source ownership - without hidden IDE metadata becoming the only truth.
Source-first. Business-data aware. Class-ready. Web-aware. AI-assisted, but reviewable and auditable.
The front-page demo is embedded as a standard HTML5 MP4 player, so visitors can play, pause, scrub and view the product walkthrough directly on the website.
The current developer-preview baseline connects the source-backed language, builder, IDE model, class/object runtime contracts, web model, project targets, help and signing plans into one direction.
Readable source remains the durable truth for windows, reports, dictionaries, classes, mappers, web components, help and project configuration.
Data dictionary, browse/update, CRUD, reports, class/table mapping and generated runtime contracts are now part of the Safire preview baseline.
Safire has its own WAS service and Safire WAS Administrator, with source-backed web/app server declarations for static sites, Safire apps, PHP CGI, FastCGI, WebAssembly-style workloads and managed site operations.
SafireIDE is being wired to source-backed project explorer nodes, class/config/web/help panels, validation dashboards and controlled AI proposals.
This is still a developer preview, but the scope now looks like a serious source-first business application platform: familiar productivity with a durable, readable project model.
The examples show the working product direction: form designer, project and dictionary browsing, properties/events/AI pads, output panels and database diagram editing.

The core guides now include the refreshed Safire Language Reference plus Windows/Controls, Database System and Source Vault guides.
